The terms of this joining are as follows:
In the event the this puppy fails to obtain A Florida Health Certificate after being examined by a Veterinarian then all monies paid to Diane Murphy
will be returned to the Purchaser or transferred to another JBD Dachshund Puppy at a later date. This would be agreed upon at that time between
the Buyer and Seller.
It will be enforced by the Breeder that this puppy will be retained by JBD Doxies until this puppy has reached a minimum of eight weeks as required
by Florida State Statue 828.29. In some cases the Breeder may require that this puppy remains in Breeders care for an extended period until the
Breeder feels that this puppy is suitable for leaving the Breeders home. Example: Too immature, not thriving on his/her own, ETC.
It will be guaranteed that the Breeder will provide signed and completed A.K.C. Litter registration papers to the Purchaser for submission to the A.
K.C. (American Kennel Club) once this puppy has been paid for in full.
Purchaser is required to register this puppy with the AKC (American Kennel Club) within 3 months from the date of purchase.
Purchaser is responsible for all registration fees which will incur with the registration process of this puppy.
Purchaser is required to register this puppy’s Micro-chip with the AKC within three months from date of purchase.
Purchaser agrees to inform the Breeder of any defects which might be found within one year from the date of purchase which would be the
responsibility of the Breeder in accordance with The Florida Pet lemon Law.
Purchaser will be required to continue with proper Veterinary care and complete all puppy vaccines into adult hood. Including proper Husbandry and
not to exclude spaying or neutering this puppy.
Breeder is selling this puppy to the Purchaser with the sole intention of becoming a “Family Pet” and makes no guarantee as to the breeding of this
puppy.
Breeder discourages against exposing your puppy to places such as Dog Parks, Pet Stores, or any place that would allow this puppy to be in the
confines with other canines until this puppy has completed his/her immunizations as suggested by your Veterinarian.
All expenses for Spaying or Neutering as well as vaccines will be at the expense of the Purchaser.
Purchaser agrees to contact the Seller in the event he or she can no longer care for this puppy.
Purchaser agrees to never surrender this puppy to any organization which is not a “No Kill” Shelter.
Breeder agrees to take this puppy back at any time during this puppies or her life or to help in finding this puppy a suitable home.
I, Diane Murphy, in good faith have accepted a deposit for puppy ___________________.
By accepting this deposit the Breeder agrees to hold this puppy until _____/____/____. There will be a $5.00 per day fee added to the balance of
this puppy for each day this puppy stays with the Breeder beyond the date. Purchaser will also pay for any immunizations which may become due while
still in Breeders care up to this date. In the event the Breeder retains this puppy beyond the agreed upon date for medical or any other reason
there will no fees assessed. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferable for one year from the date of receipt on
another JBD Dachshund puppy which will be agreed upon by both the Breeder and Seller.
